The name is Watson, Joan Watson. Lucy Liu is set to play Sherlock Holmes’ sidekick in CBS’ drama pilot Elementary, whose tweaks to Arthur Connan Doyle’s classic include switching Watson’s gender to female. The project, written by Robert Doherty, is set in present day and stars Jonny Lee Miller as eccentric Brit Holmes, a former consultant to Scotland Yard whose addiction problems led him to a rehab center in New York City.
YES. YES YES YES YES A THOUSAND YES I FUCKIN LOVE LUCY LIU AND I FUCKIN LOVE FEM!WATSON. I just hope they’re gonna hand it right. I was already planning to check out CBS’s version, but this news makes me veryyyy happy \o/
I FINALLY watched TTSS. So, so good.
Also, I love to say to myself “tinker tailor soldier spy”. It’s so fun.

I had a dream some nights ago. I was watching Psych and they made Shawn and Lassiter a couple. They were like, cutest couple ever in television. Like, ooc cute but idgaf it was so cute.
Then i woke up and i was sad, not because i ship Shassie (though i do -i ship Lassie with pretty much everyone haha) but because i wish there were a very cute main gay couple in a cop/crime show D:
come on hollywood i know you can do it.
On a little more serious note, I think I’ve been fired from my job. I haven’t been re-hired, anyway. Boss told me he’d call me when he’s got a place though so… let’s hope.
I was supposed to draw something for today (29th January, day John Watson met Sherlock Holmes) because I wanted to participate in fandom, but then I forgot and then my internet died on me and then it came back and in 37 minutes it’s not 29th anymore here.
So.
Here’s a not-finished-yet magician instead (pic taken with my phone, it’s horrible, etc. etc.)
Her name is Ellana. Ever since she’s nine, she loved doing magic stuff and surprise her family and friends with her tricks. She never grew up out of it; she even got better. When she was nineteen, she decided psychology wasn’t for her and drop out of college to follow a small circus. She never became hugely popular but she loved what she did and she entertained well so it didn’t matter. She loves tricking people into thinking she’s a boy or a girl pretending to be a boy pretending to be a girl. Her favourite food is ice cream. One of her many talents is to sneak anywhere -museums, official meetings, that kind of stuff. She loves her hat. She visits her parents every two months just to make sure nobody took her room yet. On her mirror there is a written pink “Carpe Diem”, and just below a “You’re awesome”, a kind word from her mom who sneaked in one day. They never talked about this, but it’s Ellana most favourite boost message in the world.
Also I’d like to thank
